Enjoy our varied class types each day that suit your body, mind, mood, time, and curiosity. Our classes are both in person and livestream, ranging from 15 to 75 minutes long.

New to our studio? Try all our classes with one of our New Student Intro Specials, either for In Person + Livestream classes or uniquely for Livestream (both include our fun, pick-me-up, 15-Minute Midday Mobility classes). If you’ve purchased a 1-Week or 2-Week Intro Special, you can upgrade to a 30-Way — just talk to our Studio Hosts! Learn more on our Class Descriptions and Pricing pages.

If you book an Online/Livestream class, you will receive a unique Zoom link 10 minutes before the class starts via email and text (or right away, if you’re booking within 10 minutes of the class). If you do not receive the link, please refresh your email or look in your Spam folder. If there is a tech issue on our end, we will email you with another link as soon as we can. All your other Online/Livestream questions should be answered on our Online page. If they aren’t, please Contact us, most quickly by phone!

Gift Cards: Gift cards are a great way to invite your friends and family to explore yoga! Click here to purchase: GIFT CARDS If you have questions, or the Gift Card amounts we created don’t work for you, please let us know! Cards expire 12 months from purchase.
